- Every tier states its guaranteed minimum value before you buy
"I was honestly skeptical about ordering something 'randomized' online, but every item in my scoop felt curated for Slytherin specifically. The packaging alone made it feel special, and I still double-checked that nothing repeated from my first order — it didn't. Already planning to order again for a friend's birthday."
30-Day Magic Guarantee
If you don't fancy your items, return them in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Every completed order is automatically entered into our monthly drawing. Once a month, we randomly select 1 winner out of every 100 entries to receive a complete Hogwarts Castle building brick set — on us, no extra purchase required to win.
Most mystery scoops pull every order from one shared pool — that's why duplicates and mismatched house items happen elsewhere. Ours works differently:
1. You choose your house and style before anything is drawn.
2. Your pool is filtered to only items matching that house and style.
3. We check your order history — anything you've already received is excluded, so you will never receive a duplicate item from us.
4. Your scoop is hand-packed and sealed by an actual person on our small team.
Shipping: Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with tracking sent by email the moment your scoop leaves our hands.
Returns: If something arrives damaged or isn't what we promised, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Guarantee: Every tier states its guaranteed minimum value before you buy — if your scoop doesn't meet it, tell us and we'll fix it.
Is this basically a gamble? No prize is virtual or tradeable, nothing is wagered for cash, and every tier states a guaranteed minimum value before you buy — closer to a trading card pack than a casino game.
Is this affiliated with Harry Potter or Warner Bros.? No. We're an independent, fan-run shop and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Warner Bros., HBO, or any official Harry Potter property.
Will I ever get the same item twice? No — we check your order history before every draw specifically to prevent that.

"Second order, checked for repeats from my first scoop -none. Looked up a couple of the items too, value checks out. Worth it if you actually collect."

Opened Like It's Your Letter.
Every scoop ships wrapped in kraft paper, tied with jute twine, and closed with a wax seal — because the unwrapping should feel like part of the magic, not an afterthought.
- Kraft paper & twine — no plastic mailers
- Wax-sealed close — the first thing you break to get in
- Resealable parchment letter — open it more than once
From Other Houses
"Fifth mystery scoop I've bought and the first one that actually matched my house every time. The wax seal alone made me gasp. Already ordered again."
"Everything was properly Ravenclaw-themed, which surprised me after getting burned elsewhere. Shipping ran a few days late, but they emailed to give a heads up, so no complaints there."
"Opening this genuinely felt like getting mail from Hogwarts again. The little parchment letter was a great touch. Nothing felt like cheap filler."
